Are You Like a Politician?

i'm working on a book about attention. i think that sometimes when you have a thesis you're working on it make you a little monomaniacal wer, like you want to fit everything into that framework. But oon the politician thing, what's interesting, right is that in some ways it's a little bit the opposite. The structure of the networks incentivies attention, which also, in a weird way, incentivizes a whole form of performance that's actually the opposite of a polit It's like negative attention seeking.
