All of your technical help is going to be read the manual. Google it. Re boot. Uptate the sofware. That doesn't help. And then there's always this one bastard who says the only thing you can do is a to leat all of your soffar and reload it. So if i have to change to a new sophware, there's give me a big learning curve. I've got aa dead line i'm up against. It would take me probably two hours even to find a contact number. Customers service isn't really a thing that happens any more.
