Is There a Difference Between Remote and in-Person?
When women worked remotely, microaggressions and slights were reduced. This was also true in particular for people of color. So it's curious because you might say, well, then we should just all be virtual. I think the other question to ask is why isn't the in-person experience actually better? And so part of what we're seeing right now is the transition of if some things worked well in the virtual world, let's actually use that as a point of inspiration for the in-Person experience Should be like.
