What Do You Tell the Ethics Adviser?
When i was the general council, before i even became chief ethics officer, i talked openly af orientation about sexual erassma. We talked to people about how this as something that we would not tolerate. One day a woman came up to me afterwards, after one of the orientation sessions, in tears. She said, i had to leave my job because this person wouldn't leave me alone. You want to create an environment where people really do believe they can come forward and be heard.
