Too big of a separation between teams and responsibilities through a level that nobody knows who is responsible for something, right? So this is not working. That's why I asked that question at the very beginning who should be doing chaos engineering, right? Because if it could be anybody, but then why would it be me? Someone else is doing it. No, you need to know whose job is it! It's a team sport. You need experts from the SRE department. You need the experts who are sitting in front of production with all this knowledge in their minds. But normally developers are not so close to production because of the pipeline. Everything is automated. They are just releasing your feature
