The Housing Market Is Doing What It's Said to Do

The housing market is doing what it's supposed to do. Mortgage rates are going up, softening demand. I feel like the rental market might be hot for a longer and more sustained period of time. And that will keep pressure up. But i think people are bummed out more because of c p i, of rising prices. Every day you wake up, something you want to buy costs more than you think it should.
