The Tower of Babel Is the Narrative of Our Times

The more multilingualism you have, the more it's a sign of divine curse. And as we all know from the story, that's clearly what happened in the Bible. You can look at Acts two in Pentecost and people saw this as a celebration of multilingualism actually. What humans wrought for ill, the Tower of Babel, God ultimately has for good. It says something about the way that people see themselves politically, economically, culturally in the world.
