The 20 Diet

The 20 diet is a tidy accident. I don't think there's any nutritionist or dietician who would ever recommend anyone started that way. If you like more protein, I have yet to see compelling evidence that protein is bad for you. After age 65, over half of deaths can be attributed to some form of muscle wasting or weakness.
