How to Deal With a Lie to Make Someone Happy
I think lying to make someone happy is a good in the moment thing. But if you continue to do little ones here and there, it's going to catch up. And then in the longer and it's not better. I would deal with this no differently than I dealt with a school that didn't want to do the right thing for her. Like empower her, make her. Yeah, tell her there's nothing. Try that.
