The Cost of Living in the Boat
I love sailing, but there's also many other things I like to do. If I just say I'm going to live in the boat full time, then that that opportunity cost takes away all those other things I want to do. It became a very personal boat. But I would have gone nuts if I'd had to sit on the boat all the time. Even living in Key West as idyllic as that sounded became very people who spent their lives in Key West sitting at bars drinking. To me, there was so much more great stories, history, and exploring around the keysGoing to Cuba, using it as a dropping is one of my favorite ways to spend some time with friends
