In society, we balance our own personal freedoms with risk to others. We traditionally have a certain high tolerance for risk. And driving is a perfect example where because there's been a lot of argument about masks and specifically for mandating them in schools. But here's the thing. Most likely, if everyone was forced to drive slower, we know when you're driving fast that there's a greater risk of serious injury or death. That's just- Well, and that's partly- well, we do that too.
