Functional Rhinoplasty and Turboplasty

Turboplasty involves removing the bend in the nose and then, suturing the septum to where you need it to be. The purpose of functional rhinoplasty is to realign the septal ligaments which maintain strength of the nose. Turboplasty uses rib cartilage as a replacement for broken bone or cartilage that has been removed during surgery.
