LightBend's Change to Aca
LightBend decided to make the change on the Aca project out of a motivation for sustainability of the project itself. Netflix runs most of their distributed content coordination on Aca Fortnite. American Express running in core transactions on top of it. LightBend's platform had very little differentiation against the open source project, and they eventually just committed to putting all their efforts into the project themselves.
