The Importance of Congress in the Impeachment of Adam Schiff

The party that cried wolf rights. Unfortunately, the Democrats shot their wad too early and played a hand they didn't have by being so loud. Because they botched it so horribly, Donald Trump is still able to be president. I got angry all over again about how especially the second one was botched. It's infuriating. You mentioned in there that you could get credit for say doing charity work or something like that. Having all of us vote on somebody to enact a system to make us do it does not seem to me to logically follow. What about a civil hours requirement? Have individuals participate in at least 40 hours of civic engagement every year for a steeply lower tax rate increase)?
