It's not easy working at a church, is it? Let's be honest. And so, you know, the biggest message from this is let's invest into this now. Let's do this whole aspect of policy and life and structure well. It feels very formal to go give people a contract and ask them to read through it or come back to us. But if we are doing that then we can actually support these people as much as they serve us.
