The New Law in Pennsylvania Is Facially Unconstitutional
Law makers in pennsylvania had basically said, ok, if the patient is in need of an abortion later in pregnancy, when most abortions are banned. So plaintiffs in the case case were five abortion clinics as well as a class of doctors who provided abortion services. And they filed their lawsuit in federal court, saying, this new law in pennsylvania, it is facially unconstitutional.
