Freud and Jung
Jung rejects explicitly even before ever having met Freud the pansexual interpretation of neurosis. He says that in his own researches he had found already many causes of neuroses that were not essentially sexual at all. Jung was invited to Vienna to meet Freud and according to what he tells us in his biographies at their first meeting they talked without cease for 18 hours. Within two years Jung was found himself as a young man, the president of the International Psychoanalytic Association.
