The Importance of Character in Scouting

For me, it's about character. So I talked before about Brian Lahore's phrase of better people make better all blacks. And so I think part of our scouting includes assessing character and assessing growth mindset. Are they prepared to try things beyond their skill set? Like I used the analogy of a jigsaw.
