In Asia, you can build an 80-story office tower faster than sometimes perhaps you can install a fence in America. Trying to do anything in the United States requires enormous amount of regulatory effort and companies have to maintain whole staffs just to comply with regulations. I'm not saying any of this is bad or wrong or should be changed. In my book, I don't say that's anything wrong, I'm just looking at how does the engine work? How does this work and how do we explain what we've got?
