You Need Goals That Wake You Up in the Morning

If you keep the promises you make to yourself, as Ed Myles says, you build self-confidence. But here's what Eric Thomas said, you need goals that wake you up in the morning. It doesn't mean you enjoy the activity of getting out there at 4.30 a.m. and doing your workout but it does mean I'm willing to do that workout because it's oxygen to me. And that is the type of goal you need.
