I think it will take, maybe not quite a generation, but I feel like it's gonna take some time to have the cross-functional collaboration outcome ways of measuring success to become the norm in companies. Michael Porter started writing about changes in strategy in the 60s and now, okay, so that's 60 years ago. Plenty of companies are trying to compete still on Taylorism efficiency; we aren't adopting Porter yet. Change is hard. Humans are messy. We get attached to what we've always done.
