Is There a Legislation to Prohibit or Restrict TikTok?

Senator Mark Warner's bill would give the US authority on security concern grounds to ban or prohibit certain Chinese technology. He has two concerns here: One about the potential propaganda element, the other about data security. President Biden is considering doing in terms of executive orders and restrictions on China.
