The Best Way to Train and Activate Lats

Lats are a difficult muscle to have a mind muscle connection with. One of the best things you can do is a one arm stiff arm pull down before you start training lats. If you train with someone, if you're doing a pull down or a row that is to target the lats, do two things: duck duck go lat anatomy and then imagine bringing those two end points together.
