The Biden administration can decide on the timing of selling 26 million barrels. They decided that it has to be light sweet, which is not what the market needs. We have other problems, by the way, because people are wondering why prices collapsed quickly like this. Many countries think they are better off going to the spot market and we have to create a futures market for LNG.
