Could the Equal Rights Amendment Affect Abortion Rights?

The equal rights amendment generated, i opposition, partly based on the bathroom issue. But now we've had decades of court saying that reproductive health care has nothing to do with sex equality. The federal government could use the food and drug administration a to more clearly preemt state laws attempting to interfere with access to medication abortion.
