Korean Cuisine - The Survivalist Story
I look at Korean cuisine as like this survivalist story. The 45 years of occupation is a topic that is delicate and but it really informed the way Korean food is prepared. And I think there's many dishes, Garam Jim and Charmushi is just one example of this crossover. It's definitely an emotion of this. I feel a sense of pride. Being just being a part of it, but also like, and I don't understand like it's a podcast, but it's like, I don't necessarily look extremely Korean and I don’t get it very often.And then through that, that motivation kind of allows me to understand it, understand myself a little bit more
