The Pointer Sisters' Fairytale

The Pointer Sisters' biggest hit was a twangy country weeper written by Anita Pointer with assistance from her sister Bonnie called Fairytale. They led off their own 1974 LP That's A Plenty with a swing era style medley centered around the 1950s Broadway standard steam heat from the pajama game.
