The issue we have been able to produce these high quality cells has been probably the complexity of our differentiation approaches in the past before. And that was one of the first things tat we tried to do, working with and defined signalling molecules. That gave us the ability to produce our patecite like cells at about 90 % purity which was the real game changer for us. I think going forward, there's a limit to what we can do in two dimensions. Working with one cell type, i think we need to consider the other cell types that are in the organ that we're interested in studying.
