The Death of a Loved One
The law was so loose between roughly 1950 and the Human Tissue Act of 2005 that it was possible for researchers to take other bits of the body that they saw were interesting to work upon. So there becomes a tassel between the family if you like on behalf of the dead person and the coroner as to the status of the heart. The coroner needs it for the case, but it's an organ that needs to be transplanted quickly and to fulfill a dying loved one's wishes. And then the third type of dispute is a mis dispute. This typical case would be where because of delayed or missing information, the family had no idea that they should make a deeper inquiry.
