The Impact of the IPCC Report on the US's Climate Policy
I think for me, what's interesting really is that we've just finally passed our first major climate law here in the United States. And I think one of the things that US policy still hasn't really addressed is confronting the expansion of fossil fuels. One great example really is this build out on the Gulf Coast of liquefied natural gas terminals, which are just popping up like mushrooms. Do people understand as we build out a lot of fossil fuel infrastructure like you're talking about after the Inflation Reduction Act?
