The Importance of Culture in the Church
A lot of times people are not responsive because there's a lack of understanding what it is that we're actually doing. I've heard worship leaders from the platform kind of go off on a tangent, and do you guys know what you look like? You don't do that to people. Ask God every week. The only expectation I have is that God's will is done. And at the end of the day, I'm not responsible for whether or not they choose to come to participate in this service. It breaks my heart when it seems like people are missing mark after mark.
