Is the SPAC Market a Good Place to Start?

40 million dollars is going to come from fast solar. The company will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. It's using a special purpose vehicle, which I think has been used to varying degrees of success by sort of new technologies. We're quite excited about the partnership with NetC, the neighbours' energy transition corp. They operate in a lot of the same countries that we'll be targeting.
