I spent 11 years at Sage Pick. It was the site of one of the first rest rotation grazing systems in all world. I always felt like it took a new employee about three years to really get their arms completely around in operation. So that being said, the earlier management styles that a lot of operations still have,. A lot of times the employee doesn't stay there long enough to gain that needed experience. But I think it's really important that a person gets that experience and skills.
