There's a combination of these two things right trying to compress internal time so we can maintain a higher utilization rate increasing average billable rate that could pay for this. Then there's the last option which is cost cutting which is saying okay we cannot or don't want to increase the efficiency of the team to earn that outcome. So instead what we're going to do is accept the new and lower revenue capacity for this business and we're Going to adjust our costs down to make it relatively balanced.
