The SEC's Fear of Arbitrary Regulation
The SEC is trying to insulate themselves from any complaint under the that's going to be massive bullish tailwinds for the asset. That act, if they were to kind of approve one product over another without satisfying those milestones, they pretty much have laid out in rejection after rejection. It would be hard for the SEC to justify at this point without a staff without satisfying their previous requests for a meaningful portion of volume on a rate that exchange.
