Coaching for Re-Enrollment: A Complex Journey

This chapter explores the role of coaching in aiding former college students to re-enroll in higher education, in collaboration with a nonprofit organization. It highlights the challenges faced by these students, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, including financial and bureaucratic obstacles. Despite the provision of personalized coaching, engagement levels were low, emphasizing the need for improved support services and communication strategies for non-traditional students.
