Has Anything Changed in the Past Eight Years?
People who might have been your next of kin can sometimes dispute claims, life insurance claims or whatever. I know there's been at least a few kraannic reservations, which have been completely screwed up because somebody's greedy ass kid or spouse said the Institute should absolutely not get this money. This money should come to me and it goes to court and the body is just put in a drawer somewhere and you're screwed. So the paperwork in CI said very specifically, hey, this isn't a requirement, but everybody should talk to their next of kin, their family tell them, this is what I want. It should not be a surprise to anyone.
