Position Sizes in Dollars Will Become Unequal?
Perry: If you're a short term trader, you don't need to rebalance because you don't hold the trade more than a week or two weeks. But for these long term positions, it would be a problem, except for the way I trade. So instead of an average holding period of 40 days, which you might have on a long term trend system, my average holding period is 16 or 17 days or three weeks. And that's okay because that those are the places where we're going to make money.
