It does disrupt people's jobs. What it does do is change the nature of those jobs. The NASDAQ index of tech stocks is down 16% over the past year, although it's gone up 12% this year. And I think that really it's just a recalibration. When you look at a lot of the hiring figures or the VC funding, 2023 compared to 2021, it's really still showing an upward tick.
