The Misunderstood Reason Most People Don't Go to Church
The disciples church is very justice oriented, which translates to a lot of policy making. It feels like denominations on sort of both sides of the political aisle are just dialing it up in an attempt to answer that and to meet this de-chirching. We're tapped out. And most of us are not looking for another place in our lives where we're going to be asked to give time or money or leadership. I think that's what re-prioritizes it for when you go to brunch with your friend because the friend is at church too.
