Calendly is too big of a company to move fast these days there. Some feature requests that I subscribed to ages ago, for example, one is asking somebody to reschedule. So you as a young company can absolutely tackle those problems early on. People are just a little bit tired of their duct tape solutions because it's not easy to change up the concept once you're in.
