The best generally turns out to be the pragmatic choicey, for sure. It's very tricky to provide development tools to uses because there are just so many indifferent environments that users have. I mean, i'm not here to like, pitch goer, whatever. But i am a user of go binaries, and it's kind of sweet, because it's just like, you down load the executable file and you run it, and you're done. There's no virtual environment, pippin stolling, anything. And it's very difficult to find things that wer to make things bullet proof to to run there.
