Stiff person syndrome is an interesting phenomenon that I have encountered once. If the clinical syndrome is rigidity, hyperthermia, this really comes down to like biochemically,. Either you're in a dopamine deficient state, you have excess serotonin, or you have anti-colonergic syndrome and/or your GABA level is low. So my friend, what does this do? That patient who had stiff person syndrome, I will tell you, like they couldn't bend their leg. Like it was so contour. They were confused, agitated.
