Clay: Get together with your team and as a team come up with the top 10 things, cultural things that come up a lot. And then based off those 10 topics, then you do training on that specifically. That'll be like the 20% of the work to fix 80% of the problem. So it could be an ongoing thing too. Like if it's a persistent problem that's costing you business, I'd say make it an ongoing thing.
