How Do You Define Sour?
Jaran wright: How do you define sour? I haven't figured out a really good answer to this question, but i tell people, you know, it's the presence of acid. More often than not, man, we definitely take a little bit more of an old world approach, to making something that doesn't exhibit one element more than any other. We want a thing to be, to be balanced and soft. So, i don't know if that answers the quioit, but it's good answer.
