Not everybody is in charge of making sions at a company like amazon. What are some lessons at that people can take away from this? Who are managers and employees who are looking to become managers, what are their takeaways? I think that first of all, you're right, not everybody can be in charge of everything. But you can have a provide clarity, be clarity, what e call risk bands.
