Each month, somebody's payment is going to reset higher. It's just each month that rates stay high at these levels. And that's why I keep saying that monetary tightening from here doesn't need to take place by a rise in interest rates. All they need to do is stay at these high levels for a while and it itself chips away at economic activity.
