The Carthaginian Naval Strategy

The Carthaginian navy was very much in favor of sinking competitors ships. The only way they ever win is by knowing the weather better than the Romans and this is one thing you'd think a power sailing around that part of the Mediterranean would know how to do so best move the Carthaginians have is to know the weather go into harbor and let the Romans die in huge numbers.
