The Differences Between Individuals and Base Line Training

i think we're pretty understanding that looking at groups in general and making generalizations about them doesn't mean you can't recognize individual variations within those groups. You cannot generalize very effectively, other than saying some very broad things and focusing on initial training. Yes, the differences between individuals is always far greater than between groups. But i also think we should take away the recognition that when we address these uestions, we are all biased to only look at and see the aspects that pertain to our own interests.
