Is Everything an Intervention?
So I want to start talking about interventions specific to different types of therapy. This is building on our last study hall episode because that wasn't really the plan. There's a clear difference functionally, experientially, even just as it's defined between something that is a very obvious intervention and like an ambiguous vague intervention. And what does it mean that an intervention can be done in multiple different kinds of therapy? So I came up with a cooking metaphor for therapy. Can you tell me if this sounds right or if I'm just like, absolutely way off track?"
